Exchange rules in the Almazex exchange service

Introduction

  1. If fiat funds are involved in the exchange, then such an exchange is carried out manually or automatically.

  2. If one cryptocurrency is exchanged for another cryptocurrency, then such an exchange is carried out automatically.

  3. The main page of the website displays approximate exchange rates.

  4. The exact exchange rates are only displayed in the second step, when the user has specified which currency and how much they plan to exchange and when selecting a fixed exchange type. If the exchange type is not selected or this option is not available on the website, it is assumed that the exchange is carried out at a floating rate.

  5. Payments are processed via the Faster Payments System (SBP, Card), regardless of the selected payment method.

Instructions

  1. To start the exchange, you need to fill out the form on the main page of the website: What currency and how much you are giving and what currency you want to receive

  2. Specify the address of the coin to which you want to receive funds

  3. If the coin uses a memo/tag field, this field will automatically appear on the screen. You only need to fill it in if your service for receiving and storing funds requires this field to be filled in

  4. Enter your email address — you will receive information about your request and a link to the request page, which you can access if you close your browser.

  5. Accept the user agreement.

  6. Click the ‘Exchange’ button. If everything is filled in correctly, you will proceed to the next step.

  7. After sending the funds, click the ‘I paid’ button.
